As we continue our retail and wholesale expansion, new stockists will soon become available. AIDAN currently sells on platforms such as Qantas and The Iconic in Australia.

Orders placed within Australia and New Zealand will be dispatched within 48 hours once received. Estimated shipping times differ from state to state, however, please see below. Please remember to allow our dispatch delay on the below delivery estimated days.

AIDAN ships worldwide and the customer can choose how they wish for their items to be shipped upon checkout. AIDAN does charge a fee for any international shipments outside of Australia and New Zealand

Fedex TNT Australia and New Zealand wide. International orders will depend upon the shipping method chosen. 

Please check your tracking carefully once you receive the tracking notification and email from our warehouse, as this will be sent separately to your order confirmation and this email. If you have any questions or wish to change any part of your delivery, this must be done via the courier itself (FedEx TNT). Once the items leave our warehouse, we can no longer assist with your delivery since this is now with a third party (FedEx TNT). All contact must be made directly since we are not the customer. If there are any issues persisting once you have contacted FedEx TNT, please contact customerservice@aidanthebrand.com and we will try out best to assist where possible.

Please contact customerservice@aidanthebrand.com to make any changes to your order. Order changes must be made within 12hrs. Personalisation cannot be changed or cancelled once this time has passed as this item is specifically designed for you!

Lifetime Guarantee and Warranty

Yes, to register for lifetime guarantee, please click the following link and register your AIDAN suitcase and accessories. 

AIDAN provides a lifetime guarantee for all suitcases purchased through our website and or any physical stores and or pop ups directly managed through AIDAN or managed by AIDAN. Third party retailers and online retailers that stock AIDAN’s products will need to be contacted directly for assistance.

AIDAN’s warranty policy does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). Damage caused to luggage during transit (airline damage or carrier damage) is not covered under warranty. Please contact the airline/carrier that you last travelled with to make a damaged baggage claim. Most airlines may process a claim within 24 to 72 hours after you have departed the flight or carrier. 

AIDAN through its internal review and claims team will determine whether the product(s) are covered by the lifetime guarantee. If the product needs to be repaired or replaced, AIDAN will cover the costs incurred, including the return shipment. Sending of the merchandise will be the responsibility of the purchaser baring the costs associated. 

To file a claim, please email warrantyandrepairs@aidanthebrand.com and one of our team members will try their best to respond within 24-48 hours. Please include elements such as photographic evidence or videos of the damaged item for a more streamline assessment. 

The Apollo Series – Suitcase (Silver Aluminium Bodied Series)

The default combination is 0-0-0. To set your own combination, please follow the below steps. 

Turn the dials to 0-0-0

Push the reset button which is located on the bottom of the lock below the numbers from OFF to SET. 

Turn the dials to your desired code (example – 2305)

Push the reset button back to OFF. 

Your code is now set.

Unlock the case with your new code. Please make sure to write down your new combination and put it in a safe place. If you would like to reset the code, please repeat the above steps.

Please also note, if you do forget your new combination, there is no way to reset or open the lock unless a TSA agent does it for you, therefore it is imperative you write the combination down carefully. If the above occurs, we will need to replace the lock entirely and this will be a cost burdened by the customer. 

The Signature Series – Suitcase (Black Polycarbonate Bodied Series)

The default combination is 0-0-0. To set your own combination, please follow the below steps.

Turn the dials to 0-0-0

On the inside of the lock, there are two leavers A and B. Switch the leaver from A to B.

Turn the dials to your desired code (example – 2305)

Push the inside leaver at the top of the lock from B back to A.

Your code is now set.

Unlock the case with your new code. Please make sure to write down your new combination and put it in a safe place. If you would like to reset the code, please repeat the above steps.

Please also note, if you do forget your new combination, there is no way to reset or open the lock unless a TSA agent does it for you, therefore it is imperative you write the combination down carefully. If the above occurs, we will need to replace the lock entirely and this will be a cost burdened by the customer

Returns (30 day trial)

From the date of delivery, as a valued customer, we allow up to 30 days to return your item(s). Products will need to be returned unused, undamaged, and packaged in their original boxes with the tags attached to receive a full refund. Refunds usually take between 10-14 days to be returned to the customers bank account once the item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse and inspected diligently by our staff. Please email customerservice@aidanthebrand.com if you wish to make a return prior to sending the merchandise.

The cost is borne by the purchaser to return the product if you do change your mind and will need to be sent to the following warehouse address. Please note we can only accept returns from the same country the merchandise was originally shipped to.

Please note, we do not allow for customers to physically drop off any item unless we are informed prior to the customer dropping the item off. An allocated drop off time will need to be given and confirmed by one of our team members in advanced. 

Repairs

To file a claim or should you need to have any of your AIDAN products repaired or replaced, please contact our client care team at warrantyandrepairs@aidanthebrand.com and one of our team members will try their best to respond within 24-48 hours. If the product needs to be repaired or replaced, AIDAN will cover the costs incurred, including the return shipment. Sending of the merchandise will be the responsibility of the purchaser baring the costs associated.

Product Care

To make sure the longevity of your suitcase and accessories continue to remain, care must be taken into consideration and the following information can be used to help maintain It’s pristine condition. 

When removing dust or dirt, please use a fine cloth and warm water if necessary. If there is any sticky residue from your travels, use a damp cloth or sponge with a small amount of alcohol such as isopropyl. This is safe to use on both Aluminium and Polycarbonate surfaced luggage. 

If there are any scratches or scratched dents within the suitcase shell or corner surfaces or frame, using a simple grade polish with a damp cloth is recommended. 

For the interior of the luggage, to remove smudge marks, or any other scuff marks, please use a damp cloth with warm soapy water to remove. If the mark continues to be persistent, we recommend using a mild leather, carpet or suede cleaning agent since the interior is comprised of a suede peach fur material. 

Please note solvents, vinegars, aggressive alcohols and other abrasive cleaning agents will damage your products and we strongly recommend not using any of these items as your lifetime guarantee will not be able to be applied due to cosmetic misuse, wear and tear.
